You were blamed while trying to stop a fight. Go to the marsh south to Heidel, kill 30 Thorn Tentacles, and shut that guy up.

Go play knight after proving yourself first, at least.
Or, maybe hunt some Thorn Tentacles in the marsh
before you talk to me.
While in progress
Don't bother minding others' business
when you're too scared to kill even a Thorn Tentacle.
On completion
Don't think you're so great after killing those petty Thorn Tentacles.
