The Otter Fisher at the Extraction Mill will give you a Map Fragment if you bring him some Corn Flour for his Paste Bait. Bring him 5 Corn Flour and get the fragment.
1. Get 5 Corn (Garden Farming, Harvesting, Node Production, etc.)
2. Produce 5 Corn Flour by Grinding.
3. Give Corn Flour to the Otter Fisher.
