Nucamira tells you to retrieve the loot of the minions that appear from the Rift of Despair. ※ Defeat monsters from the distortion phenomenon in Elvia Calpheon to obtain their junk loot. ※ Defeating monsters in the Elvia Realm has a chance to induce the distortion phenomenon.

On acceptance

I've received word of a strange phenomenon occurring in Calpheon. The ashen skies beneath the Black Sun... turn bruised and spit out blood... What does this mean? It means that the situation is quite serious, indeed. Is Hadum's corruption nearly complete!? Head out immediately and search all corners of Calpheon for the cause. We cannot let all our efforts up to this point have been conducted in vain!
