This is an emergency. I've discovered the cause of the Rifts of Despair. Those Shadow Knights have conjured the Shadows of Nightmares. What are they, you ask? They are weapons created to ward off Hadum. Wardens of a sealed, forbidden arena used to test heroes, that's who! And yet, it seems that they too have succumbed to Hadum's corruption. For the power of despair to have combined with the Shadows of Nightmares... Hell has truly come to Calpheon.
