Momellies told you to meet with the Queen's messenger, Ophelia Einel. Ophelia has received orders from the Queen to tell you more about the hidden history of Kamasylvia in person, history that cannot be found at the Great Library of Grána. Go up to the top of the tower nearest to Kamasylve, where she is waiting.
