In Catherine's journal, there is a fairy tale-like story written before the spirit of Okiara was embraced by nature. Tell Anbelif about the story of the Okiara Spirit, then and go to where she directs you.

So, to redeem Okiara's mistake,
I should go talk to the Gyfin who was in charge of
negotiating with the Tooth Fairies
before she returned to Mother Nature's arms?
Me, talk to the dreadful ancient weapon? Atanis is so mean.
We the Ganelle and the Gyfins have agreed not to intrude on each other's territory.
Is there anyone who can help me?
Then again, Atanis firmly said I must do this myself without anyone knowing.
Well then, this Gyfin who was in charge of the negotiations,
could it be Tulitua, the one guarding the entrance?
But I'm pretty sure she's just going to intimidate me
and not to talk to me...
