When they move the container to their den in the morning, they'll be shocked to realize that their journal has been stolen. The most important part of this plan is obtaining the journal because it'll tell us where they obtain their resources. Once you have the journal, you must go to Delphad Castillion, the Military Representative of the Kalis Parliament.
