A Villager at Gianin Farm needs 2 Red Tree Lumps as an ingredient to cure the Petrifying Disease. Collect them from nearby trees and return to the Villager.

The Petrifying Disease is really dreadful... It's completely different from the other diseases I've encountered before. The cure for the disease is in preparation. But I don't think we have enough ingredients. I think we need a Red Tree Lump. I'm certain. I want you to bring me a Red Tree Lump.
