The Calpheon City Quartermaster needs Coal in order to supply hard armor made of steel. Gather 10 Coal by Mining and give them to the Quartermaster.

On acceptance
I heard they need Coal
for sturdy armor made of steel.
Could you please get me some Coal?
You can collect it in the Quarry near Keplan.
While in progress
If I send this steel armor,
the soldiers will fight without fear.
On completion
I'll give these to a blacksmith
and make steel armor.
