The Shroud Knights Scout said when an Obsidian Altar or Stone Tower collapses, Wandering Rogues repair it. He thinks the Rogues might get their power from the tower and altar.

Something's not right here... The Wandering Rogues must be getting their strength from somewhere. Let alone the fact that I have seen their Obsidian Altar and Elementalist's Stone Tower regenerating energy. I saw the Wandering Rogues making offerings there. We need to find out what's going on. Please investigate the tower and then report your findings to Ahon Kirus, the Chief of Tarif. She will probably be able to provide you the most information about this.

I've seen them with my own eyes. Their Obsidian Altars and Elementalist's Stone Towers were growing naturally.
