Quest details

A Helm working near Barattan Lancer said the Helms have stolen one of Lancer's secret techniques and they are building their own forges. According to him, forges should only be used by those taught by Barattan Lancer.

Do you know? We didn't have a forge until Barattan Lancer came here. That guy made our shabby helms into steel helms, and he made us armor and weapons! But everyone is building a forge lately. They stole his techniques and are trying to build their own forges. I hate those wily guys even if they are the same race as me. We need to destroy those forges! I'll repay you.
