Kesir Baum asks that you take the Rough Black Crystals you've gathered to the Altinova Mineral Vendor Borondo to get it appraised.

Even such a rough looking rock can become a Pure Black Stone. They are especially in high demand with Alchemists, whom sometimes even fight over them. If you go to Altinova, you will find my appraiser Borondo, the Mineral Vendor. Can you go to him to ask for an appraisal? I hope he will have good news for us.

While in progress

If you go to Altinova you will see Borondo, who is the Mineral Vendor there. Go and ask him to appraise these. I hope he will have good news for us.

On completion

Is Kesir Baum finally doing something? I've been worrying because I haven't heard from him!
