Thyshelle Arms said to get Grass Hedgehog Spikes in order to get an Apple. Hunt some Grass Hedgehogs, get 2 Fine Spikes and come back to Thyshelle.

What? You say you're looking for an apple? Well, they only grow around Balenos... but lucky you, I happen to have one. I'm not just going to hang it off to just anyway, but maybe if you do something for me, I'll give you the apple. How does that sound? I need some Grass Hedgehog Spikes, so perhaps you could help me collect them.
