Quest details
The flustered Bolero warned you about the Helms' evil plan. The Helms were training an elite force deep inside their home, and with that fact revealed, a full-scale war would be inevitable.
Bolero says he needs to minimize damage to the troops by eliminating some of the Helm Elites before a real war breaks out. Defeat some Helm Elite Soldiers deep inside the Helms Post for Bolero.
