Artisan says it's not been long since he moved here, but complains about loud drums. He's worried that people in labor will suffer because of them. You'd better step up to lessen the suffering.

After I was blinded, my other senses developed. Most of all, I have good hearing... From here, I can hear the sound of the Barbarians at the Abandoned Iron Mine quite well... The sound of those Thunder Drummers is almost too much. But there's actually a real reason I can't stand their noise. Along with the drumming, I hear the sound of the captives working away.
