Find the five members of the "Five Rings of Illezra" mentioned in Beia's Investigative Report. First ask the oldest resident in Tarif for more information.

Quest dialogue
On acceptance
During the brief period of time when Illezra was able to amass powerful magic and bring catastrophe to Media,
she had her five of her most faithful servants,
whom were called her "Five Rings."
Between them, they conquered all of Mediah and gathered resources for Illezra.
Even though they were able to hide themselves along with Illezra,
their influence still remains behind in Mediah.
Therefore, as a descendant of the great Cartian and as resident of Tarif,
I accepted the mission from Allan Serbin...(The rest is damaged.)
(You can hear the Black Spirit whispering in your mind)
