Brorum says that Madelinot's Sacrament is about to be traded by the Shen Merchant Guild to the Shakatu Merchants. To get the Sacrament, you will need to persuade Neruda Shen. Follow Brorum's instructions to make Pure Powder Reagent and Clear Liquid Reagent.
