I am moving the altar to Waragon Nest where
it's free from rain. I believe this place will make a better place for the altar."

Head to the Waragon Nest to search for clues.
On completion
There was a piece of paper spotted with blood lodged between the altar.
The writing on the paper becomes fainter the further you go down the paper.
