Quest details
It seems that priest was killed by the nearby Waragons while waiting for Atlasia. According to the diary covered in his blood, you should head towards the Crescent Shrine. Go look for the Atlasia's eagle statue in the Crescent Shrine.

On acceptance
The priest met his fate here, attacked by the nearby Waragons,
while waiting for Atlasia.

and Atlasia's Crystal.

It look likes a crescent moon and an eagle.
While in progress
Head to the Crescent Shrine to find Atlasia's Crystal.
On completion
The eagle statue starts shaking once the necklace pendant and cord comes near it.
The eagle statue spits black energy, which falls to the floor in the shape of a jewel.
