Farisa at Ibellab Oasis said he's heard of the story, but cannot speak at the moment because he's busy dealing with people coming from Valencia City. They say random fires have been breaking out and burning the surroundings. The exact location is unknown, but even the king of Valencia has heard of it and is investigating the situation. Visit Sahazad Nesser, the king of Valencia.

Hmm, the story of how Ibellab Oasis came to be... It's similar to the story you told me. A horse brighter than the sun breathed into the hot sand and cool spring water came out from the ground. I don't think I can continue the conversation as I'm a bit busy at the moment. Do you know about the events in Valencia City? Random fires have been breaking out nearby, making the Valencians leave the city. The king is very well aware about this and is currently investigating the situation. I'm sorry, but I have to be on my way now.
