Sahazad Nesser, the king of Valencia, said they're investigating the cause of the fires, however they are having difficulties because these fires are breaking out simultaneously in different places. He believes that it is the result of Aal's wrath, and the only way to stop the fires is by praying to Aal. Go to the place he had prepared and pray.

Fires have been breaking out simultaneously in places where there is nothing to burn... That's why we're having difficulties finding the cause. All we can do right now... is pray... I believe this is the wrath of Aal. All foreigners are leaving because of the fires. We don't even have the time to gather and pray because fires are starting everywhere. I'm afraid a fire will start inside the castle wall as well. Could you pray for us? I have prepared a quiet place for praying. Thank you, I really appreciate it.

As you walked up to pray to Aal Arduanatt's feather started to melt. Then a faint but calm voice started resonating. "Who are you that possesses that feather? I am not Aal, the god that the people pray to. My name is Secrua, the daughter of the sun. I came here following a familiar scent of the wind. Are you here to avenge Arduanatt?"
