Armin says that he's been trying to tame a hawk at Hoom Highland every day, and requests that you find someone who actually knows how to tame a hawk. Go look around in town.

Uh... h-hello there! Adventurer! I'm in need of your aid! I'm out here everyday, training to become an expert hawk hunter. But as you can see, my hawk won't even listen to me... If you wouldn't mind, do you think you could find someone who has knowledge on taming hawks? I need to stay here with my bird... Argh... stop nipping at me!
