Chief Durgeff says she'll let tell you about the hawk expert if you take care of the Kagtum who have been recently causing a ruckus again. Drive away the Blood Wolves, then seek out Kyisa in Duvencrune.
Quest dialogue
On acceptance
You want to learn how to tame a hawk, I see.
Here in Duvencrune, long have our hunters
reared a hawk from the moment it hatches,
training and hunting with it from birth.
Fortunate for you, there happens to be
a hawk expert in the village.
I can tell you more, but first,
could you do me a favor?
I've heard that the Kagtum
have recently been causing a ruckus again...
Please go to the Blood Wolf Settlement
and deal with the Kagtum.
Once you're done, return to the village
and seek out Kyisa.
I'll let him know that
you'll be paying him a visit.
Kyisa should be able to teach you
on how to tame a hawk.
While in progress
Please deal with the Kagtum.
Then seek out Kyisa in the village.
On completion
Greetings. I heard it all from Chief Durgeff.
She said someone would soon find me
to learn about how to tame hawks...
