Quest details
Leon says the content of the old book found in the high priest's home is different that what he had known and asks you to take a look around the surrounding to get a better understanding. Go up to the top of the old architecture in Tshira Ruins.

I'm a scholar who's done research on the history of Dragons.
In my studies, I discovered something simply amazing.
I found a text on Drieghan villagers of old
at the Head Priest's home.
What its contents revealed
were Dragons so much different from what we've been told thus far.
It also unraveled the mystery behind
the elaborate architecture found in the structures here.
Before I continue,
I think you need take a look at the local terrain.
