Now you got some more spirit in your eyes! Lookin' good... Let me give you a quest. Hunt the Stoneback Crabs around Velia! Since they're disguised as rocks, this quest might be a bit tricky!

You're in good shape. You can leave Velia now. Adventurers always come and go quickly, like wind... Sorry, but that's how the world goes, right?
