A kid named Adrian Loggia says that he saw pirates at the Coastal Cliffs. Run through Velia Coast and pass through the Coastal Cave to reach the cliff.

Yesterday, I spied pirates trolling the waters near the Coast Cliff!
Did you catch a glimpse of 'em by any chance?
I asked all the adults in town, but they just brushed me off!
Bilge rats! They're just scared thinking pirates might've come to Velia.
But I swear to the seas or give me a hook for a hand, I saw 'em by the cliff!
