If you are, can you visit the Stairway Farm?
One of the vigilantes is making a scarecrow.
Please give this cord to him. Thanks.

Go straight, and turn left before you reach the Sentry Post.
On completion
Oh! The cord. Recently a lot of workers became vigilantes,
so we need to make more scarecrows. Thanks.
