※ Choose Velia from the World Map ({StringTableBind(KeyBind:WorldMap)}), and invest in houses that can be used as a Refinery and a Shipyard.

First, you need a refinery to prepare materials.
Buy a house in Velia, and convert it to a Refinery.
You will know how, if you have made a fishing rod.
You can also buy a Shipyard the same way.
