Quest details
Croix tells you that you are ready to build a Raft now. Go to the Shipyard and create a Ship License: Raft with the materials you've collected, and bring it to Croix.

It's time to start the shipbuilding process.
Put all the materials in storage and order your Shipyard to proceed with the shipbuilding.
Once the ship is built, you will receive a Ship License. Bring that to me.
