You can make a Lump of Raw Sugar by following the steps below.
1. Choose the Processing window ({StringTableBind(KeyBind:Manufacture)}).
2. Select [Heating]
3. Put in 10 Raw Sugar and 1 Mineral Water.
4. Wait until finished.

Then, process the ingredients.
It's simple—you can make the lumps just by heating.
I recommend you make a lot of lumps.
Since horses are big animals, a single piece of sugar lump won't satisfy them.

If you want to lure the Horses,
you should prepare a lot of sugar lumps.
On completion
Congrats!
Here's a rope. Try capturing a horse.
And if the horse comes closer to you,
feed it the sugar lump.
It will be lot easier to ride it.
