3. Buy 1 Sugar from Deborah.
4. Make Pure Powder Reagent using the Alchemy Tool in your Residence.
5. Pure Powder Reagent ingredients: 1 Sugar, 1 Silver Azalea, 1 Wild Grass, 1 Purified Water
