Thankfully, the injured people on Barater Island have almost recovered. They were also Marines who were confronting the pirates, and they asked you to deliver a message. Find red headed Nemonia on Arita Island.

Thank you so much, but we've almost fully recovered. Careful though, the cliff is steep. I slipped and fell while I was out on patrol because of the pirates, and caused trouble for everyone else... Could you do me a favor? The Cox Pirates' Gray Fog passed by yesterday. Can you deliver this message to Nemonia? She is on Arita Island and she has bright red hair. You might find her a bit... a bit odd. Her job is to reclaim the treasures the Cox Pirates plundered. We've been working together for a while. Please help her set a plan to reclaim those treasures.
