Vidicto is a marine from Epheria, like Riotina, and the marines on Teyamal Island are also in preparation to fight the Cox Pirates like the marines on Theonil Island. Vidicto said rare insects inhabit Rameda Island and suggested you visit if you want to make some money.

As for our situation here, we were planning to help Riotina with the pirate situation but we lost our ship during an expedition. I'll get our forces together and join Riotina somehow though. This sea belongs to us, not to some pirates! Thank you for delivering her message, I'll get in touch with her myself. Hmm... Would you like an insider tip? If you are exploring the islands here, I suggest that you visit Rameda Island. I heard there are rare insects that are quite profitable.
