Quest details
The ambitious and rich people don't like using force against the people in the slum. They ask you to prepare some food at the Slum Church and talk to the protesters. Bring the poor food from the banquet hall.

He makes things worse. You only have to talk to them.
Everyone in the slum must be starving, because the supply has been reduced.

Bring the food to a church in the slum.
Persuade the protesters
while everyone seems interested in the food.

They will listen and obey when they're starving and exhausted.
