Quest details
The weaver said a rich woman wants to show off her newly-woven silk at the ball. The weaver asked you to bring it to her. Take the silk on the table next to the loom and unfurl it at the banquet hall so the other rich people will see it.

She told me to bring it to some other rich person's banquet.
I can't go there in this outfit.
The newly weaved silk is on the table next to me.
Please bring the silk to the banquet.

The rich woman will be satisfied if she gets some jealous looks.
