Quest details
The Protest Raid Party wants to attack the party being thrown by the rich, to give them a taste of their own medicine, but the escort is interfering with their plan. Offer drinks mixed with sleeping pills to the escort.

Quest dialogue
On acceptance
Tread lightly, the soldiers might hear us.
The rich and affluent are busy painting the town red,
and the people on the other side of the bridge are starving to death.
I want to show them what we've got, but the escorts are protecting them.
Put the escorts to sleep with drinks mixed with sleeping pills.
That will make it easier for us to act.
While in progress
Put the escort to sleep with drinks with sleeping pills,
and come back and let me know what happened.
On completion
You've dealt with that pesky escort,
so it's time for some action now.
