A Workshop Merchant told you the workshop items have never been delivered to a market and there must be a person inside the Workshop who sold them to the market. The merchant asked you to report to the Trina Knights who protect Calpheon.

The workshop items were never delivered to the market. They're only permitted to be sold here. Someone is smuggling faulty items and sells them in the market. Those hoodlums must be caught and stopped from bringing disgrace to Calpheon. Thank you for helping us out. We're lucky. Please report directly to the Trina Knights. Commander Valks will listen carefully.
