Basquean Ljurik told you he heard ominous news from an adventurer recently. He heard that the Witches at Hexe Sanctuary are collecting Seals of Promise.
A Token of Promise is a fragment of Kzarka that spreads everywhere when Kzarka disappears. They collect these for the Advent of Kzarka.
Basquean said he can't let this happen and needs to know the truth. Find Becker at Hexe Sanctuary, who started the rumor.
