He used to study scripture and archaeology back in the city. Seltin is an expert in ancient artifacts. He might be able to figure something out.

You say you found this in the sea near Hope Pier? That's amazing. I could never have imagined... Judging from the quality and properties of this brick, I think it dates from the time when Aal's Sanctums were being built. And these verses of scripture are engraved as though they are in a pattern... I believe we are looking at a serious project here...
