You way to the Sanctum of Abstinence shouldn't be too difficult.
The Ibellab Oasis is nearby, so you can take a rest there.
When you arrive at the Sanctum of Abstinence, please pass on my regards to Semica.
I haven't been able to see Semica since I last left Valencia City.

Also make sure to refill your water at the oasis.
After all, you have a long road ahead of you.
On completion
I haven't seen Siriya Min for a long time, either.
