A Healer on Keplan Hill is having a hard time because of the Miners and asked you to go to the Aid Station and Alchemy Room at the South Gate and ask for help.

On acceptance
It's been hectic because the workers are annoying me all day.
They worry about the Petrifying Disease when they don't feel well.
There are an aid station and alchemy station near Keplan's South Gate.
They are all in the same building, so you can't miss it.
I don't expect much, because I know they are short-handed.
Just ask them if they can send some medicine.
While in progress
I'm going crazy because of this, so please don't make things worse.
Please go down there quickly and pass along my message.
On completion
I know she's having a hard time,
but she's too soft.
