A Soldier who is caring for injured soldiers said the recovery is slow because there's nothing to eat and asked you to bring the Iguana and Rhino Lizard Meat that Saunils love to eat.

Food is a huge problem. Wounded soldiers are recovering very slowly, because they don't have anything to eat. Nutritional supplements are essential for the patients. I want to feed them some meat... Go near the water and find something healthy. It'd be really great if you can take some of the Saunils' food.
