A Scout said he can't go near the Petrifying Workers and asked you to go learn about them instead.

Quest dialogue

On acceptance

When the workers catch the Petrifying Disease, we bring them to the North Quarry. Because we don't have any other solution. They don't stop chopping after they've turned into stones. It's as if they hadn't caught the disease. I just watch, but I'm too horrified to go near them. I have to investigate the workers before I can report.

While in progress

If you can investigate the Petrifying Workers, then I can file a report to Keplan.

On completion

I think it's a wise choice to isolate them in the North Quarry.
