Gerard Mercello gave an order to deal with Iguanas which are hurting soldiers. Defeat Iguanas and collect Iguana's Teeth as proof.

Did you see Iguanas when you came here?
They're hard to see, maybe. Soldiers are suffering because of them.
Iguanas are small and agile and have lethal poison on their teeth.
They cause a lot of trouble for many soldiers.
Go defeat those Iguanas and come back.
I'll give you an appropriate reward.
