A Farmer at Gianin Farm said the dogs in town are ruining the Flower Garden and asked you to catch the dogs around the fences. Have a look around the fences.

People in our village like dogs.
Every single house here has a dog.
I don't exactly know why, but the dogs are ruining flower gardens these days,
and those are our town's major source of income.
But people in our village can't even scold the dogs,
because they like the dogs so much. And the dogs' behavior is getting worse and worse.
Since you're an outsider, I want you to scold the dogs instead of us.
They need to come to their senses.

The dogs are probably wandering around the flower garden.
Go quick and chastise them.
