Murghed of Trent said he saw Treant Spirits along the road. He said he's curious what this thing with a human face is and asked you to check inside.

I saw something moving in the forest. There was a Treant which had the face of a Shai. I was so surprised and I thought a Shai was playing around. But it wasn't. What was it exactly?
