Kaku says that Mansha Goblins are great fighters, despite their small stature. He says that you'll see for yourself when you fight them. Go fight the Mansha Javelin Thrower, then come back to Kaku.

Kaku! We Manshas have long fought using javelins. I have never seen any people who can use a javelin better than us! If you can fight my Javelin Warrior and win, I will certainly lavish you with my praise. To be honest, though, I'm sure that this is the last conversation we will ever have...
