The Investigating Officer said that to fight strategically, we need to attack the Rhutums' support troops. Destroy Rhutum Archers and Cannons.

I'm assuming Rhutums have excellent close-quarters combat troops and also support troops. They tried to wipe out all traces, but I've found some cannon shells and arrows. Please destroy the Rhutum Cannons and kill the Archers.
