Quest details

A Soldier wondered why this place was burnt to the ground and found out that Rhutums have cannons. Go to the Rhutum Outstation and destroy their Cannons.

I've looked around this place, and I came to a conclusion that it was attacked by enemy cannons. The Rhutums fired indiscriminately from far away. This was the outstation, but this is a strategic point that is connected to the Calpheon capital. There may be more damage like this. Go there and deal with it.
