Quest details

An Investigating Officer said the area can't be cleared unless Rhutum Elite Soldiers are killed. Go to the Rhutum Outstation and defeat the Elite Soldiers.

These dead bodies were attacked by skilled enemies. They died from single strikes with flawless swordsmanship. We can't just sit and watch the threat grow. We have to act first. But I can only ask adventurers now. Please take the lead.
